New DVLA form

The new DVLA form asks asks the question of whether the Doctor doing the medical has seen a medical summary. Whilst this is not mandatory for HGV medicals, it often is for taxi medicals. It helps to get hold of this before ringing to book the appointment. This can be requested at your GP surgery- usually the receptionist will print it off for you. It’s free of charge too!
